Behdad Bahrami, CEM, CMVP, is the Co-founder and CEO of Edgecom Energy, with over a decade of experience in the energy sector. A former Energy Manager overseeing a $15 million budget, he led one of Ontario’s largest Battery Energy Storage projects before launching Edgecom in 2016. A McMaster engineering graduate, Behdad holds multiple industry certifications and has been recognized with several awards, including CIPEC’s Energy Leadership Award and the 2024 Energy Innovator of the Year from the Association of Energy Engineers.
