Brian Bendig is the President and CEO of Cavalier Tool & Manufacturing Ltd., based in Windsor, Ontario. Raised in the mold-making industry, Brian grew up around the company founded by his father, Ray Bendig, and stepped into a pivotal sales role before taking ownership in 2008. Under his leadership, Cavalier has evolved into a high-tech, agile global player with operations in India and a reputation for excellence across sectors including recreational, heavy truck, commercial, consumer goods, agricultural, medical, and automotive. A passionate advocate for the “People, Process, Equipment” philosophy, Brian is known internally as the “Head Coach” of the #CavalierArmy. He has made workforce development, apprenticeships, speed to market, and continuous improvement foundational to Cavalier’s culture and sustained growth—even through the challenges of the pandemic.
