Dr. Eliana Fu holds a PhD in Materials Science from Imperial College London and brings extensive expertise in metallics for both traditional and additive manufacturing. She has advised Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Advanced Manufacturing Committee and served on the Technical Advisory Boards of IperionX and Fortius Metals. Recipient of the 2022 TCT Women in 3D Printing Innovator Award, Eliana is an influential voice in the additive manufacturing community through her leadership with SME’s Additive Manufacturing Technical Community Leadership Committee and The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS). Since joining TRUMPF in 2020 as Industry Manager for Aerospace, she has championed the adoption of advanced manufacturing, laser, and photonics technologies worldwide.
